Desare Ward is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at CareWell Health since October 2022, Desare has a robust background as an Entrepreneur at Ward and Sons Hauling Construction since July 2017 and as Co-Founder of Ambition ‘N’ Heelz since January 2016.
