Adeola Yusuf is currently serving as the Customer Care Team Lead at Carewell since April 2023. Prior to this, Adeola worked at Koya Communications as a Customer Support Specialist from August 2019 to April 2023. Adeola also held roles at Pergad Travels as a Client Relationship Associate and at Boxesbyadeola as the Associate Creative Director. With a Bachelor's degree in Insurance from Lagos State University and certifications in Digital Marketing & E-commerce from Google courses and Cousera, Adeola's professional journey has focused on maximizing customer satisfaction, building brand presence, and creating unique experiences in various industries.
