Thomas Scanlan has over three decades of experience in software quality assurance, project management, and product development. Currently, as Manager of Software Quality Assurance at SHPS since July 2009, Thomas ensures adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies, collaborates with business analysts, and manages product testing initiatives. Prior to SHPS, Thomas served as Director of Project Management Office and Quality Assurance at Direct Alliance, enhancing project compliance and operational efficiency. Earlier roles include Director of Product Development and Strategic Alliances at CrossAccess Corporation, where Thomas introduced groundbreaking product solutions, and Sr. Product Manager at Viasoft. Thomas's career began as Product Manager at Pansophic Systems, overseeing a significant software division. Educational background includes attendance at Harper College.
