CareWise Solutions Inc.
Employee-Caregivers are everywhere throughout most organizations. Approximately 50% of American workers provide family care at any given time. By 2030, more than 70% of employees will have family care responsibilities.
The employee work and care collision are currently labeled as the national caregiving crisis.

The generational shift of 70 million baby boomers will significantly impact our national wellness, work, and care legacy for the next three decades. CareWise Solutions' disruptive strategy intersects with labor concerns regarding healthcare labor shortages, the future of work, closing skill gaps, and promoting a healthy workforce.

Today, our turnkey solution includes executive education and leadership programs to sustain a viable workforce in an aging society. We provide a Caring Place Hub and an exciting virtual approach to enhancing home independence so people can work! These are practical resources for employee caregivers and caregivers in general.

All programs transition a belief system that protects their employees from the unfair expectation to provide healthcare for their aging and infirm family members. Family caregivers must learn to work and care more naturally; employers must take charge of this transformation.
