Theresa Balsiger

Theresa Balsiger is the current VP of Recruiting at Carex Consulting Group. Theresa has over 15 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on executive and professional positions. Theresa has a proven track record in developing ideal candidate profiles, custom recruiting strategies, proactive outreach, sourcing, screening, and recommendation of top candidates. Theresa is also skilled in conducting panel and one-on-one interview sessions and helping to build group consensus around hiring decisions.

Theresa began their career in 2003 as Program Director at Jr. Eagles Gymnastics. In this role, they were responsible for the planning and execution of all gymnastics programs. Theresa oversaw a staff of 10 coaches and managed a budget of $250,000. In 2007, they transitioned to The QTI Group, where they served as Executive Search Director. In this role, they led full life cycle recruitment for executive and professional positions in a wide variety of industries.

In their current role as VP of Candidate Relations at Carex Consulting Group, Theresa is responsible for assessing client recruiting processes and techniques and recommending modifications implementing best in class recruitment strategy and best practices. Theresa has been with Carex Consulting Group since 2018.

Their manager is Rachel Neill, CEO. They work with Jake Siudzinski - VP of Partner Growth, Casey Liakos - President, and Ginger Auchter - Director of Scientific Talent.
