Wendi Reuter

Wendi Reuter is a Senior Technical Recruiter at Carex Consulting Group. Wendi has over three years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion. Wendi has a passion for process improvement and was nominated for the Inspiring Excellence Award in 2021.

Wendi started their career at TDS Telecommunications LLC in December 2018 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for full cycle recruiting for technical, call center, field services, managerial and professional positions nationwide. Wendi was also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, updating job descriptions, conducting phone screens and interviews, and recommending top talent to hiring managers.

In 2020, Wendi was the recipient of the HR Star Award for putting team above self. This award is given to an individual who goes above and beyond to support their team.

Wendi is currently a Recruiting Consultant at Carex Consulting Group where they provide leadership to managers on D&I initiatives for talent pipelines. Wendi is also responsible for full cycle recruiting and provides consultation to managers on recruitment practices, policies, and procedures.

Wendi Reuter has a Bachelors in Psychology from Argosy University Schaumburg IL. Wendi also has a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a focus in Liberal Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In addition, Wendi has various certifications from LinkedIn in Business Analysis Foundations, Talent Sourcing, and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Wendi is also certified from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in Human Resource Management and from SHRM in SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
