Bridger Mecham

Bridger Mecham has a strong background in marketing, with extensive experience in leadership roles. Bridger is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at CareXM since October 2020. Prior to this, Bridger worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Red Sky Technologies from July 2018 to December 2020. Bridger also held positions at Basic Research, starting as a Product Brand Manager from February 2010 to January 2013, and then as a Senior Marketing Manager from January 2013 to July 2018. During their time at Basic Research, Bridger successfully implemented strategic marketing plans, managed large media budgets, developed integrated marketing and promotional plans, and revitalized down-trending brands. Bridger also launched a successful Direct-to-Consumer campaign resulting in a significant increase in sales.
