Simon Christie

Simon Christie is an experienced professional with a diverse background in automotive media, production, education, and science. Currently serving as an Off Road Expert and Editor at CarExpert.com.au since January 2020, Simon also leads Adventure Set Productions as Director, a role held since July 2004. As the owner of the National Institute of Education since 1999, Simon specializes in UCAT preparation for medical school entrants. Simon's other significant contributions include heading Heian Ho Do Kai, a self-defense organization, serving as a Brand Ambassador for IVECO Australia from 2016 to 2021, and producing various media projects through Backyard Productions from 2004 to 2015. Additional experience encompasses lecturing at the Australian College of Sports Medicine, serving as a Technical Officer at RMIT University and the University of Melbourne, and working as a Hospital Scientist at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Simon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biophysics and Instrumental Science from Swinburne University of Technology.
