Jim Allbaugh

Jim Allbaugh has worked in various roles throughout their career. Jim started in 1994 as a Client Advocate at the Mental Health Association in Madison County. In 1995, they worked as a Residential Counselor at the Center for Mental Health, Inc. Jim also worked as a Medical Social Worker Assistant at Visiting Nurse Health Care until 1998. After that, they joined LifeStream Services, Inc. as a Vice President of Research & Administration, where they worked until 2013. Since then, they have been serving as the President/CEO at Carey Services.

Jim Allbaugh earned their Bachelor of Social Work degree in Social Work and Criminal Justice from Anderson University, which they attended from 1991 to 1995. In 2000, they pursued further education at the same institution and completed their MBA in Business Administration in 2002. In 2017, they also obtained a Certificate in Fund Raising Management from The Fund Raising School at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
