Douglas Mott has over 30 years of work experience in the retail and health solutions industries. Douglas began their career in 1988 as a Television Reporter for KMTR-TV (NBC) in Eugene, OR. In 1991, they moved to Costco Wholesale in Issaquah, Washington. In 2000, they became the Senior Director/General Manager at drugstore.com, where they were responsible for sales for all non-prescription categories. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Vice President of Merchandising & Product Management at ThinkGeek, where they implemented a Wholesale Strategy for ThinkGeek manufactured products that allowed the company to obtain higher margins. In 2015, they became President of RepairClinic.com, where they accelerated growth both organically and through new partnerships. In 2017, they joined CareZone as the Sr. Vice President Retail Pharmacy and Vice President/GMM Retail, where they introduced and launched 13 private label products in the non-prescription health & wellness categories.
Douglas Mott attended JCHS, followed by the University of Oregon, where they earned a B.S. in Journalism and Business.
