Ben Payne is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical services and rehabilitation. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services at The Fairlie Healthcare Group since April 2023, Ben is a member of the Executive Board responsible for ensuring CQC “Outstanding” and “Good” ratings across three sites. Additionally, Ben works as a CARF Surveyor for Medical Rehabilitation Services and as a Consultant Clinical Director at Ascot Rehab Ltd, providing support for CQC inspections and accreditation.
