Valerie S G Reyher currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Kennedy Collective since January 2021, focusing on employment opportunities for individuals facing barriers through social enterprises and partnerships. Reyher has an extensive background in workforce development, previously holding the position of Vice President of Workforce Development & Social Enterprises at the same organization. With experience as a Surveyor for Employment & Community Services at CARF International since June 2008, Reyher has also contributed to The Kennedy Center, Inc. in various roles, including Vice President of Rehabilitation Services and Supervisor of Employment Services. Early career experience includes consulting behaviorist roles and positions in clinical services and vocational rehabilitation. Reyher holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology, both from Marist College.
