Hank Fang, PMP, has over a decade of experience in product support and technical support roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Product Support at CARFAX since December 2014, Hank previously held positions as Supervisor of Technical Support at Sage and Senior Product Specialist at BravoSolution. Hank also owned Fang and Associates from December 2002 to August 2008. Educationally, Hank holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Maryland.
