Jean Kirkendall

Jean Kirkendall has over 30 years of experience in account management and operational roles. Currently serving as an Account Manager and previously as Activation and Retention Manager at CARFAX since May 2006, Jean has developed expertise in client relations and service retention. Prior to this, Jean held the position of City Manager at Hertz Rent a Car from September 1983 to March 2004, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
