Melinda Genovese

Melinda Genovese is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product support and data operations. Currently serving as Director of Product Support at CARFAX since December 2017, Melinda has a proven track record in leading operations, enhancing customer service, and ensuring data integrity. Previously, at the National Student Clearinghouse, Melinda held multiple roles, including Managing Director of Data Operations, where responsibilities included process innovation and compliance management. Melinda re-engineered training delivery platforms and optimized client engagement over a span of 15 years at the National Student Clearinghouse. Melinda began their career at Tektronix as a Customer Service Representative, progressively taking on more responsibilities in customer support and training. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College and advanced business training from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
