Jeremiah Slothour has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jeremiah began their career at Hartman Computer Services in 2008 as a Desktop/Laptop Bench Technician, where they utilized their troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware and software issues for end users. Jeremiah also managed a file server for backup and restoration of customer files. In 2010, they joined Essintial Enterprise Solutions and held various positions including Level III SEM Team Lead, Technical Assistance Center Supervisor, and eventually Technical Assistance Center Manager. In these roles, Slothour oversaw technical support operations and managed a team. In 2017, they joined Cargas Systems as a Level 2 Support Consultant, where they continue to provide support and assistance to clients.
Jeremiah Slothour obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Systems from York Technical Institute, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications. In July 2022, they received the KCS v6 Practices Certification from The KCS Academy. In August 2022, they obtained several LinkedIn certifications, including "Programming Foundations: Databases," "Quick Start Guide to SQL," "SQL Essential Training," "SQL for Non-Programmers," and "The DOM in JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and React." Furthermore, in April 2020, they completed the certification for "Tips for Working Remotely," also offered by LinkedIn.
