Jessica Shenk, BSW has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2009, they interned at Children and Youth Services, where they facilitated domestic adoptions and ensured legal compliance. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as a Customer Service/Cashier at Stauffers of Kissel Hill. Jessica then joined Oakleaf Manor Retirement Community, where they served as a Med Tech/Head PCA from 2011 to 2015. Jessica then transitioned to Clark Service Group, starting as a Service Coordinator/Call Center Lead in 2015 and later becoming the Proactive Maintenance Head Coordinator, responsible for scheduling and coordinating proactive maintenance activities. Lastly, they joined Cargas Systems in 2019, first as an Energy Support Coordinator involved in onboarding new hires and facilitating the implementation of SharePoint, and currently as a Support Consultant.

Jessica Shenk has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Social Work from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Jessica obtained this degree between 2006 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, Jessica has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as emotional intelligence, customer service, team management, and leadership. The most recent certification they obtained was in April 2023, titled "Improving Emotional Intelligence with Mindfulness" from LinkedIn.
