Sean McCarthy has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and information technology. Sean started their career as an Information Technology Intern at the County of Lancaster in 2006, where they provided help desk support and handled sensitive data. Sean then worked as a Sales Associate at RadioShack from 2006 to 2011.

In 2007, Sean worked as a Computer Staging Tech at Axis Technologies, where they installed software and hardware for military computers in a secure environment. Sean also conducted troubleshooting for hardware and software failures.

From 2009 to 2011, Sean worked as a Storage Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, providing technical support for a range of Sun storage arrays and servers. Sean gained expertise in SAN and UNIX environments and supported storage software such as Veritas and SVM.

Sean joined Essintial Enterprise Solutions in 2011 as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided technical support over the phone and via email for various vendors and equipment. Sean also offered software support for the Solaris operating system.

Since 2014, Sean has been working at Cargas Systems in various roles. Sean started as a Technical Support Level II, where they provided high-level technical support for Cargas's software product, including troubleshooting, bug diagnosis, and implementing hot fixes. Sean then moved on to become a Product Technical Support representative, serving as a resource for escalations, reviewing code, and editing bug fixes and suggestions from the support team. Currently, they hold the position of a Product Technical Support Team Leader at Cargas Systems, overseeing the technical support team and handling escalated issues.

Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated their technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong customer-centric approach in the field of technical support and information technology.

Sean McCarthy began their education in 2005, attending YTI Career Institute where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Systems. Sean completed their studies in 2007.
