William Ward has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. William started their career at mCapitol Management as a Client Relations Intern, where they focused on scheduling appointments with Members of Congress, organizing fundraising events, and designing proposals for new clients. William then moved on to work as a Sales Coordinator at Hampton for three years before joining McKibbon Hotel Management as a Sales and Service Coordinator, where they targeted leisure and corporate groups. After that, William became the Director of Sales and Marketing at Hampton, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives. Currently, they are employed at Cargas Systems as a Systems Consultant, providing training and support for the Cargas Energy software platform. In addition, William also serves as a Product Specialist for Cargas, conducting demos and building relationships with prospective software users in the energy sector.
William Ward completed their high school education at Lancaster Catholic High School from 2002 to 2006, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on General Studies. William then went on to attend Alvernia University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. In addition to their formal education, they also acquired two certifications in 2019, namely "Creating a Culture of Learning" and "Learning to Be Assertive," both obtained through LinkedIn.
