Alisa Brown

Alisa Brown, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Manager of Production Recruitment Talent Acquisition at Cargill since January 2014, where responsibilities include leading the recruitment process for the US and Canada. Prior roles include Sr. Employee Experience Specialist, Client HR Manager, and HR BU Lead at Cargill, focusing on talent management and HR functions. Alisa served as VP of Human Resources at Legend Senior Living from October 2012 to December 2013, overseeing HR activities in multiple states, and held the position of Vice President of HR/Business Development at Galichia Heart Hospital for over a decade, managing all HR functions. Earlier in the career, Alisa was an HR/Materials Manager at Full Vision, Inc. Alisa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Kansas State University.
