Fernanda Akemi Uto is an experienced food quality assurance professional with a robust background in food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance. With tenure at JBS from May 2016 to June 2019 as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, key responsibilities included managing customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing food safety standards such as HACCP and BRC.
