Genva Anderson

Genva Anderson, MBA, is the Director of Supply Chain at Cargill, a position they have held since 2024, previously serving as Director of Supply and Inventory Planning. With extensive experience at Cargill since 2017, Genva has taken on various roles, including Supply Chain Manager, Demand Planning Manager, and Supply Chain Planning Process Designer, where they led initiatives in supply chain governance and SAP solutions. Genva earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.8/4.0, and also holds a BSB in Supply Chain Management and Management Information Systems from the same institution with a GPA of 3.9/4.0. Genva also participated in a study abroad program at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2006.
