Hatem Safei

Hatem Safei is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and agricultural sectors. Currently serving as Region Manager for Cargill in Egypt, North Africa, and the Levant since June 2019, Hatem previously held the position of Managing Director at Bayer from June 2013 to June 2019. Prior to that, Hatem was General Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim from April 2011 to May 2013, and served as both National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager at Sanofi from June 2003 to March 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Ain Shams University and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Helwan University Cairo, complemented by further executive education at IMD in 2017.
