Himanshu Chichra

Himanshu Chichra is an experienced Process Safety Lead (Global) at Cargill since July 2020, focusing on in-house HAZOP, SWIFT, and LOPA as part of Cargill Business Services (CBS). Prior to this role, Himanshu served as Principal Engineer - Safety and Risk at Sigma-HSE India from April 2015 to July 2020, where responsibilities included leading technical, business development, and marketing operations. Himanshu began a career in safety and risk as an Assistant Manager at DEKRA India from June 2011 to April 2015, offering process safety technical consultancy for clients both in India and internationally, and has held positions as Senior Consulting Engineer and Consulting Engineer in the same field. Himanshu holds a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from the University School of Chemical Technology, awarded in 2011.
