Jessie Collings-Baurier

Jessie Collings-Baurier has extensive experience in employment and labor law, currently serving as Vice President of Global Employment & Labor Law at Cargill since December 2011. In this role, Jessie has also held positions as Senior Lawyer for both North America and the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. Prior to joining Cargill, Jessie worked as an Associate Attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from September 2004 to November 2011. Jessie earned a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2004 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Loyola University Chicago in 2001.
