Jill Kelsey

Jill Kelsey is a seasoned communications professional with over 19 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Communications for Cargill Salt since July 2013, Jill oversees both internal and external communication strategies and issues management as part of the Salt Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Jill held the position of Director - CFO Communications at Cargill, where leadership in change communication for a global finance team was a key responsibility. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Internal Communication Specialist at Cargill, a Communication Specialist at BASF Corporation - Building Systems, a Public Relations & Communications Coordinator at RE/MAX North Central, and a Public Relations Intern at Two Fish Studios. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College.
