Jonathan Schauer

Jonathan Schauer has extensive experience in digital customer experience and agile methodologies, currently serving as Director of the Digital Customer Experience Platform and Mobile Center of Excellence at Cargill since August 2016. In this role, Jonathan leads a team of 45 employees and 5 contractors focused on modernizing services for software development teams. Prior to Cargill, Jonathan held positions as Director of Software Development at Cargill Digital Labs and Lead Agile Coach at Target, where significant contributions were made towards transforming IT practices and developing immersive learning environments for technology teams. Jonathan's career began at Accenture as an IT Consultant, with subsequent roles at eFunds, Prime Therapeutics, and notable experience in business analysis, project management, and agile coaching. Jonathan holds a BA in Physics and Mathematics from Concordia College.
