Katie Glennon

Katie Glennon is an experienced market manager in the cocoa and chocolate industry, currently working at Cargill since August 2015. With a progressive career at Cargill, Katie has held various roles including Hub Lead Global Sales Support, Head of UK Sales, and UK Sales Manager. Previously, Katie worked at Archer Daniels Midland Company from January 2009 to August 2015 as a Commercial Assistant. Earlier experience includes positions at US Airways as a Spanish Reservations agent, HSBC in a Graduate Program role, and as an English Language Assistant at IES Baleares. Katie's professional journey began at Fillerz Cafe in Belfast as a waitress from April 2000 to September 2004. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in French and Spanish from Queen's University Belfast, completed in 2006, and attended Aquinas Diocesan Grammar School Belfast for GCSEs and A-Levels.
