Katie Milliken

Katie Milliken has a diverse and extensive work experience. Katie joined Cargill in 2022 as the Corporate Strategy Director. Prior to that, they worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2014 to 2022, starting as a Consultant and progressing to roles of increasing responsibility such as Project Leader, Principal, and Partner. At BCG, they led various strategy and growth projects for clients in different industries. Before joining BCG, Katie worked at Compass Lexecon as an Economist, Senior Analyst, and Analyst from 2009 to 2012. Katie also worked as a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in 2013 and as a Research Assistant at Stanford University Economics Department in 2008. Katie's early career includes an internship as a Charity Analyst Intern at Better Business Bureau of Metro New York in 2007.

Katie Milliken obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University in the years 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Wharton School between 2012 and 2014, specializing in Strategic Management, Operations & Information Management.
