Ken Yoerg, MBA has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the manufacturing, food, and biochemical industries. Ken has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Ken's work experience includes roles such as SVP Operations, SVP Supply Chain, General Manager, and CEO, where they focused on turning around, starting up, and growing global manufacturing, food, ingredients, and biochemical businesses. Ken has also provided consulting services in operations and supply chain for global manufacturing companies, including those in the cheese, food, dairy, commodities, ingredients, biochemical, agriculture, seed, and oil and gas industries. Previously, Ken worked at Cargill for over 20 years, serving as Managing Director for Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain Europe Middle East and Africa, Vice President, General Plant Superintendent, Vice President, Director Process Improvement, and Vice President, Director Global Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for managing manufacturing operations, supply chain, and driving operational transformation and continuous improvement processes. Ken has extensive experience working with facilities and teams located across the globe.

Ken Yoerg, MBA, received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Ken's educational background started at St. Cloud Apollo High School.
