Kitty Choate

Kitty Choate, A-CSM, CSaSP, CSPO, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and Scrum methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master in Global IT at Cargill since April 2017, Kitty focuses on training and coaching teams in Scrum practices and guiding transitions from Waterfall to Scrum, while also supporting Product Owners in product backlog management. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Project Management at Capital One, overseeing risk and customer feedback teams for loyalty programs, and working as AVP Marketing at HSBC, where Kitty managed marketing operations and led process improvement initiatives. Kitty’s career began at Metris Companies as Manager of Operations, where responsibilities included managing partner relationships and implementing co-branded credit card programs. Kitty holds an Associate’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dunwoody College of Technology.
