Massimiliano Delfiore has extensive experience in engineering roles within the starch industry, currently serving as a Build Project Engineer at Cargill SSE - Cargill Italia since June 2002, where responsibilities include the development, preparation, and execution of local projects and capital investments. Previously, Massimiliano held positions as a Global Process Development Engineer and European Process Development Engineer at Cargill, focusing on Best Practice definitions and project technology for thermal modified starch operations. Earlier in their career, Massimiliano worked as a Production Supervisor and Process Development Engineer at Cerestar, specializing in starch production processes. Massimiliano holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
