Mathieu Leroy

Mathieu Leroy is an experienced HR professional with a focus on employee experience and industrial relations, currently serving as Plant Business HR for Cocoa & Chocolate and Indulgence EMEA at Cargill since July 2020. Prior to this role, Mathieu worked at Lidl Belgique et Luxembourg from September 2012 to March 2020, where responsibilities included being the Regional Head of Human Resources & Finance, implementing national HR strategies at the regional level, and managing administrative operations. Previous experience also includes serving as Export Manager for jeunes affineurs fromager, managing export clients and participating in international trade fairs, as well as a junior manager role at Lidl Belgium & Luxemburg GmbH, overseeing a retail team. Mathieu holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from haute ecole provinciale de hainaut- condorcet, completed in 2010, and attended Facultés universitaires catholiques de Mons in 2006-2007.
