Mitch Carlson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the railway and grain sourcing industries. Currently serving as the Grain Rail Sourcing Lead at Cargill since July 2017, Mitch has previously held significant roles at Canadian Pacific Railway, including National Account Manager, where oversight of a $250 million portfolio was achieved. Recognized for outstanding sales initiatives, Mitch has led numerous strategic projects, managed major customer relationships, and maintained a strong track record of revenue growth. With a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Minnesota State University, Mankato, Mitch combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in commercial P&L management, systems integration, and regulatory compliance.
