Molly McGhee currently serves as the Pork Technology Application Lead at Cargill since June 2021. Prior to this role, McGhee was a Graduate Research Fellow in Dr. Hans Stein's Monogastric Nutrition Lab at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2017 to May 2021, where McGhee pursued a PhD in Animal Sciences, following a Master's degree in the same field attained in 2019. McGhee also has substantial experience in various roles related to animal nutrition and veterinary assistance, including positions as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Swine Research Center and U of I Dairy Research Farm, as well as roles at Danada Veterinary Hospital and U of I College of Veterinary Medicine. McGhee earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences in 2017 from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
