Rishi Varma

Rishi Varma is a seasoned legal and corporate executive currently serving as the Chief Legal and Ethics and Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary, as well as a Board Member, at Cargill since January 2024. Concurrently, Rishi holds Board Member positions at Memorial Hermann Health System and the Asia Society Texas Center, where Rishi is also a member of the Executive Committee. Previously, Rishi was a Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, overseeing Corporate, Securities, Finance, and M&A functions. Rishi has extensive experience in corporate governance as evidenced by roles at Tahirih Justice Center, TPC Group, and Trico Marine Services, where leadership responsibilities encompassed both legal and operational aspects. Rishi's academic credentials include a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Georgetown University.
