Rodrigo Feliu

Rodrigo Feliu has extensive experience in human resources and service delivery across multiple leading organizations. At Cargill, Rodrigo held various roles including Global Human Resources Operations Service Delivery Director, overseeing HR service channels and enterprise programs, and Global Human Resources Shared Services Operations Lead, managing operational performance of shared services centers. Prior roles at Hewlett-Packard included Global Human Resources Business Development Consultant and Enterprise Servers, Storage Tower Manager, focusing on HR policies and operational integration. Earlier positions at Intel Corporation involved managing datacenter operations and service desk teams. Rodrigo holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Aden Business School and a Licentiate degree in the same field from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
