Samina Anwar

Samina Anwar is the Senior Director of Global Derivatives Operations at Cargill and the Country Leader for the UK & Ireland, where they have driven transformation strategies for over 20 years. Currently, Samina oversees global derivatives trading and is the Global Head of Risk Operations and Execution. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and an International Business MA, Samina has served in various leadership roles across Accounting & Finance, Electronic Trading, Information Technology, and Risk Management. Additionally, they are an active member of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission's Global Market Structure Committee and the Chair of the Sponsor Board for the Derivatives Market Institute for Standards (DMIST).
