Sekhar Pal

Sekhar Pal has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, particularly in the packaging sector. Currently serving as Global Category Lead and Sustainable Procurement Program Manager at Cargill since June 2008, Sekhar oversees a team responsible for managing over $30 million in indirect materials and supplier strategy. Previous roles at Cargill include Regional Packaging Sourcing Director and Strategic Sourcing Lead for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to Cargill, Sekhar held positions at Perfetti Van Melle India Pvt Ltd, focusing on procurement activities for raw materials and packaging, and Excelcia Foods. Sekhar holds a Postgraduate degree in Packaging Technology from the Indian Institute of Packaging.
