Sourav Bal

Sourav Bal currently serves as a System Data Analytics Specialist at Cargill, where the focus is on advanced data modeling and analytics using SQL, Python, and KNIME. Prior experience includes roles as Product Support Tier 1 Lead and Research Associate III at Advarra, where Sourav developed Power BI dashboards and optimized management efficiency through data reporting. Prior to Advarra, Sourav worked as a Research Associate at Forte Research Systems, Inc., and completed a biostatistics internship at Medanta - The Medicity Hospital, analyzing clinical data for decision-making. Sourav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology and is pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at Symbiosis School for Online & Digital Learning.
