Previously, they held various roles within the supply chain and sourcing domains at companies such as Embraer, General Mills, and Robert Bosch, showcasing their expertise in supplier management and strategic sourcing. Tainá earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Trade from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and a specialization in Industrial Management from Universidade de São Paulo.
