Carglass® in Deutschland ist Spezialist für die Reparatur und den Neueinbau von Fahrzeugglas. In Deutschland beschäftigt Carglass® rund 2.000 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, davon mehr als 1.400 in den 370 Service-Centern. Etwa 180 Mitarbeiter sind im Customer Contact Center (Call-Center) beschäftigt. Das Unternehmen bearbeitet rund 1,2 Mio. Kundenkontakte pro Jahr und hilft Autofahrern in ganz Deutschland stationär oder unterwegs mit mehr als 240 mobilen Einheiten. Das Unternehmen gehört seit 1990 zur internationalen Belron-Familie und firmiert seit 1993 als Carglass GmbH. Belron ist weltweit das größte auf die Behebung von Fahrzeugglasschäden spezialisierte Unternehmen.
