Tatiana Rijo da Silva

Tatiana Rijo da Silva is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in talent management, people development, and organizational culture. Currently serving as Head of People at Carglass® Portugal since August 2019, Tatiana oversees the People Department and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Previous roles at Carglass® include Head of Talent, where significant achievements included the full implementation of Workday and the development of a custom talent management model. Prior to Carglass®, Tatiana held various HR positions at Continental and Imperial - Produtos Alimentares S.A, focusing on employer branding, employee engagement, and HR project management. Educational qualifications include a Licentiate degree in Human Resources from Instituto Politécnico do Porto and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ISLA, with current studies in Finance for non-finance Executives at Nova School of Business and Economics.
