Thorsten Buddenbrock

Thorsten Buddenbrock is the Leiter Nationale Planung at Carglass®, a position held since 2016, where they focus on the development of national and cross-regional mobility and personnel planning. They conduct analyses and implement measures to enhance productivity and efficiency, while leading the introduction of IT systems to support further digitization. Previously, from 2014 to 2016, they served as Regional Manager at Carglass® Germany, overseeing 120 employees across 36 service centers and managing various operational responsibilities. Thorsten's career began with their education as a helicopter mechanic at Bundeswehr from 1988 to 1990.
