Alfred Huang has held a variety of roles in the financial sector since 1999. Alfred began their career as a Senior Accountant at Molex in 1999, followed by a Senior Finance Analyst role at Kaiser Permanente in 2002. In 2006, they moved to SMART Modular Technologies as a Senior Accounting Manager, where they were responsible for consolidations, technical accounting, SEC reporting, and FP&A functions. In 2010, they were recruited to Intematix as a Corporate Controller, where they built a global, 20-member corporate accounting team and instituted internal controls and technology. In 2015, they became a Consulting Chief Financial Officer at Cargo Chief, where they were responsible for the same duties as their previous role. Finally, in 2018, they became a Consulting CFO at Lin Engineering - Motor Specialists in Motion, where they were also responsible for head finance, accounting, and HR functions, teams, policies, and processes, as well as participating in the company's strategic planning and leading FP&A and M&A due diligence.
Alfred Huang's education history consists of three degrees. Alfred obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Anhui University between 1990 and 1994. Alfred then went on to get a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Alabama between 1995 and 1997. Most recently, they completed a Chief Financial Officer Executive Program from Columbia Business School from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they have obtained a Mergers and Acquisitions certification from Columbia Business School which they obtained in April 2022.
