Matt Aguirre

Matt Aguirre is an experienced loss prevention and safety manager currently overseeing a team of 15-20 armed and unarmed security associates at Cargo Largo, a 700,000 square foot retail and warehouse facility, since July 2018. With a background in loss prevention spanning several years, Aguirre previously held roles at The TJX Companies, Inc. including District Loss Prevention Manager and Loss Prevention Investigator, as well as working as an Associate Loss Prevention Investigator and Loss Prevention Detective at Marshalls. Early experience includes serving as a Loss Prevention Specialist at Roundy's Supermarkets Inc., where Aguirre focused on theft resolution and shrink investigation. Aguirre is also Reid Interview and Interrogation Certified and holds an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Century College.
