Nicole Wilke

Nicole Wilke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Partner Growth Associate at cargo.one since June 2023, Nicole previously held roles at Deloitte as a Consultant in the Innovation & Ventures team and at Blenheim Chalcot as a Growth Manager, where responsibilities included developing go-to-market strategies and managing US marketing initiatives. Previous experiences include an MBA Summer Associate position at Simon-Kucher & Partners, Marketing & Analytics Manager at FXAIR, and various sales and events management roles at Drinkhouse Fire & Ice and InterContinental Hotels Group. Nicole holds an MBA from Esade and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Marketing from the University of Miami, complemented by a study abroad semester in Buenos Aires and a bilingual international baccalaureate diploma.
