Simona Ecker-Zach

Simona Ecker-Zach is an experienced leader in customer experience and user experience design, currently serving as the Head of CX & UX at cargo-partner since September 2021. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a three-person internal UX team, overseeing projects that integrate customer-centric measures, and implementing digital strategies to enhance efficiency and customer interaction. Prior roles include UX Management/Chapter Lead at BAWAG P.S.K., where efforts focused on a digital banking app, and Lead UX Designer at Metro Bank (UK), where contributions involved improving online banking systems. With a background in freelance design and a solid foundation in user-centered design practices, Simona has consistently driven improved user experiences across various industries and platforms. Education includes a degree in Information Design from FH Joanneum.
