Olov Hisved

Olov Hisved has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Olov is currently the CEO of CargoBeacon, a company that provides real-time and historical data on the position, movements, and status of goods. Prior to this, they worked at maximatecc for many years, where they held the roles of Key Account and Project Manager, as well as Team Manager for Embedded Software. In these roles, they introduced new products and supervised projects for key accounts, as well as managed a team of developers for product software and hardware-software systems. Before joining maximatecc, Olov worked as a Software Developer and Instructor at Dataphone Labs AB, where they were responsible for developing a Linux-based IP-telephony solution and instructing Linux courses. Olov also worked at Aptilo Networks as a Product Responsibility/Developer, where they were responsible for software development for the Captive Portal system. Earlier in their career, Olov worked as an Embedded Software Developer at Spirea AB and as a Software Developer at Axis Communications, where they focused on mobile internet and Bluetooth technology.

Olov Hisved pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Skövde from 1996 to 1999. Olov then went on to complete a Master's Degree in Embedded Computer and Electronic Systems from Jönköping University between 1999 and 2000.
