Teona Khavtasi

Teona Khavtasi's work experience spans over several years, with their most recent position being the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at CARGON since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Bene Group from May 2021 to April 2022. Before their time at Bene Group, Teona worked at Insurance Company Alpha, where they served as the Head of VIP Sales Department from September 2019 to present and as the Head of VIP and Corporate Sales Group from September 2018 to August 2019. Teona also worked as a Corporate Account Manager at Imedi L from January 2013 to November 2018. In addition, Teona has experience as a Corporate Sales Account Manager at Georgian Post and as a Corporate Services Manager at JSC PSP Insurance. Their earlier work experience includes a role as a health insurance manager at ALDAGI from September 2009 to December 2011.

Teona Khavtasi's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Tbilisi State Medical University and obtained a Bachelor's degree. From 2008 to 2009, they pursued a residency program at the Dental Clinic and Training-Research Center UniDent, where they obtained a Degree of Dentist in therapeutic stomatology.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Teona Khavtasi has also obtained several certifications. In 2011, they completed a course on the management of client service and a course on the principles of Insurance basis (CPD), both at ALDAGI. In 2012, they completed a course on sales management with David Kenchadze Consulting Group and a course on stress management at ALDAGI. In 2015, they attended a training course on negotiation skills conducted by GRASS - Georgia's Reforms Associates. In 2017, they completed the course of business coaching at coaching lab. Their most recent certifications are in marketing management and strategies from Caucasus University, obtained in 2020, and as a certified business professional master executive business management from the Free University of Tbilisi, obtained in 2023.
